Fit Flavourz does not accept cancellation requests under any circumstances. Please review your order before making payments.

Replacement Terms

Fit Flavourz entertains requests for replacement only in cases of proven product defects, damage during transit, or service issues. An unedited open-box video is mandatory as proof for any such request. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances Customers must contact Fit Flavourz via customercare@fitflavourz.in or 7094700519 within 5 days of delivery / service completion, along with the invoices, order information and supporting details to establish the alleged defects, damages, or deficiencies.

Fit Flavourz may accept or reject a replacement request at its sole discretion. If Fit Flavourz approves the replacement request, the replacement will be processed within the timeline communicated by Fit Flavourz. Any concerns or disputes will be handled directly between Fit Flavourz and the customer.
