Mix 1 part dosa mix with 2β3 parts water.
Stir well and rest for 5 minutes.
Pour onto a hot pan (do not spread like regular dosa; similar to rava dosa).
Add optional toppings: onion, green chilli, ginger, cumin, chopped vegetables.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Pan to plate in 5 minutes β real food, real quick.
