👩🍳 How to Prepare (5-Minute Magic)
- In a wide bowl, add 50g Wheat Muesli and rinse lightly with water. Drain completely for extra crunch.
- Chop onions, carrots, green chilies, and ginger finely (optional for savory twist).
- In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add mustard seeds. Let them splutter, then toss in peanuts (optional) and sauté onions until translucent.
- Stir in red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric, and salt to taste. Add garam masala if desired. Sauté 1 minute.
- Add the drained muesli flakes, mix well on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Squeeze in lemon juice, stir in chopped veggies (carrots, peas), and cook 1 more minute.
- Switch off flame, garnish with fresh coriander, grated coconut, and serve hot.
